In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "wc776," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the wc776 platform, operating under an international gaming license and accessible at wc776.net.
• "Platform" means the wc776 website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, software, and all services provided through them.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a specified amount must be wagered before associated Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Member from their own financial resources, exclusive of Bonus Funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is unlawful or in which wc776 has determined that offering services is not permissible.

Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

wc776 reserves the right to require identity verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC, Passport, or Driver's Licence, and a recent proof of address — at any point during the account lifecycle, and in particular before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension or closure of your Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wc776 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be attributed to you regardless of whether you authorised it, except in cases of verified unauthorised access reported to wc776 promptly.

You are required to notify wc776 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, if your registered mobile number is lost or changed, or if you become aware of any breach of security related to your Account. wc776 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account following such notification.

wc776 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time with or without prior notice where: (a) wc776 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms; (b) wc776 is required to do so by its licensing authority or by applicable law; (c) wc776 determines that the Member has engaged in prohibited conduct; or (d) the Account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for twelve or more months — may be subject to an administrative dormancy fee not exceeding PKR 500 per month, applied to the Account Balance following written notification to the registered mobile number or email address on file.

All deposits and withdrawals on wc776 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wc776 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. wc776 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to Members.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name and from which you are the authorised account holder. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in reversal of the deposit, Account suspension, and forfeiture of any funds derived from such deposits.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of identity verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements; (c) compliance with Anti-Money Laundering requirements, including withdrawal to the same method used for the corresponding deposit where required; and (d) the absence of any ongoing investigation into the Account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. wc776 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within three (3) to twenty-four (24) hours for mobile wallet withdrawals and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, subject to payment provider processing times outside wc776's control.

Each individual promotion is subject to specific terms including eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by wc776 unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

Game outcomes are final and binding once confirmed by the game engine. wc776 accepts no liability for game outcome disputes arising from a Member's misunderstanding of game rules. In the event of a technical failure during a game — including connection loss, game crash, or platform outage — wc776 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the game state from its last confirmed server-side record. Where full restoration is not possible, wc776 may void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Member's Balance. wc776 shall not be liable for any losses alleged to result from such technical events.

For live dealer games, all rules are stated in the game interface. wc776's live casino partners operate to the standards of their respective gaming licenses and certifications. The decisions of the live dealer and the game outcome displayed in the video stream constitute the final and binding game outcome.

For sports betting, all bets are subject to the specific sports betting rules accessible within the betting section of the Platform. Bets placed on events that are subsequently void, postponed, or abandoned are settled in accordance with the applicable sporting rules in effect at the time of the event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wc776 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

Nothing in your use of the Platform grants you any right, title, or licence in or to any wc776 intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit in any commercial manner any wc776 intellectual property without the prior written consent of wc776. Personal, non-commercial use of the Platform for its intended gaming and betting purposes does not constitute a violation of this clause.

The wc776 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wc776 makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform, the accuracy or completeness of any content, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wc776 shall not be liable to any Member for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages; or (c) any losses arising from the Member's own gambling decisions, betting choices, or game strategy, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether wc776 had been advised of their possibility.

wc776's aggregate liability to any individual Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. Nothing in this clause shall limit wc776's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

wc776 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering a wc776 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

wc776 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to: payment processors handling your transactions, identity verification service providers, our gaming license regulatory authority where required, and law enforcement or regulatory bodies where legally compelled. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must notify wc776 in writing and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of your wc776 Account after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wc776 holds its international gaming license.
